Increasing obesity and belly fat.. One of the major problem many people facing now a day is increasing obesity among all type of age group people in the world..Obesity is very commen in school going children and in adults in between 25-35 years.Men in this age mostly suffering from increasd belly fat,the reason behind this problem in disturbed eatting habbits ,disturbed daily routine.                               Lack of exercise is seen in school going children .they spend their free time in watching tv and mobile. 

Diet and nutrition of Indian people

The people in india enjoy variety of food.Their food is healthy and colourful.In southern  part people mostly enjoy rice and rice made recepies like idli dosa ,In northen india people enjoy mostly wheat made recepies like roti paratha.Each food ingredient have vitamins and minerals.             An average women need 2000 calories per day and average men need 2500 calories per day.The main food in Indian plate includes roti ,vegetables ,dal,rice ,curd ,salad .A person need two meals and 2 snacks in one day,and 3-4 liter water daily.            For healthy life one should have a proper diet and 30-45 mins exercise .one shoud eat all seasonal fruits and vegetables. Avod baked foods and fried foods ,all beverages.Do not use any artificial energy booster and protein powder,
