Diet and nutrition of Indian people
The people in india enjoy variety of food.Their food is healthy and colourful.In southern part people mostly enjoy rice and rice made recepies like idli dosa ,In northen india people enjoy mostly wheat made recepies like roti paratha.Each food ingredient have vitamins and minerals.
An average women need 2000 calories per day and average men need 2500 calories per day.The main food in Indian plate includes roti ,vegetables ,dal,rice ,curd ,salad .A person need two meals and 2 snacks in one day,and 3-4 liter water daily.
For healthy life one should have a proper diet and 30-45 mins exercise .one shoud eat all seasonal fruits and vegetables.
Avod baked foods and fried foods ,all beverages.Do not use any artificial energy booster and protein powder,
