Morning breakfast.

 Breakfast is the most  important meal of the day,which provides energy for whole day ,it must be heavy near about 500 cals .It includes mainly high protein and fibre ingredients and fruits.                             Oats is rich in high fiber which helps in burning fats and also juicey fruits like watermelon 🍉 and 🍊 Oranges ,which are rich in vitamins and minerals and contains low sugar, and are good  when u are on weight loss diet.apple smothe is an another best option for breakfast.                              Breakfast is within 2 hours of walk,and it is nutritious and balanced with protein and vitamins  Skipping breakfast means inviting obesity and fattyness ,it also includes added handful socked almonds and walnuts which are rich in omega 3 fatty acid.
