Diet for cardiovascular disease
The risk of developing heart diseases like hypertension, atherosclerosis, myocardial infraction start at the age of 45 for men and 55 for women, they are characterized by symptoms like unconscious, cheast pain and nausea. Risk factors are perticular habbits & behaviour,lack of exercise, smoking, unhealthy eating & family history.
Healthy meals and healthy habbits help to reduce heart diseases. Eat plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables & foods like rich in vitamin & saturated fat and trans fat. Eat fruits such as oranges, papaya, apple 🍎, grapes, and also eat foods rich in potassium, magnisium and fibre. Drink detox drinks like green tea, apple cider vinegar,or beetroot juice or carrot juice without sugar in the morning.
Begin your day with glass of water and pinch of cinnamon powder. Then start day with exercise specially yoga and Pranayam. Which helps to strengthen the heart. Eat balanced diet which is full of leafy vegetables and fruits. Don't overeat. Drinking more water helps heart to pump blood more easily & helps heart muscles work better .A healthy breakfast includes fiber, proteins & fat which gives energy.
Avoid desert , potato chips, high protein foods and sugary drinks and fruit juice as juices are sweetened with sugar and it increases the risk of developing obesity & risk of developing type 2 diabetes.
Strees is also one of the reason for developing heart diseases . Regular meditation can help to regulate hormones & reduce the stress. Sit comfortably and try slow deep breathing which helps to lower blood pressure and heart rate. Another better way for reducing stress is listening music.
