Healthy lifestyle and diet plays a vital role in treating cancer. Few types of cancer people suffer mostly from carcinoma,which begins in the skin. Leukemia which begins in the blood and sarcoma which begins in the tissue. Main causes are smoking ,tabacco ,diet and exposure to sun or high temperature ,and viruses and infections. Symptoms one should not ignore like sudden weight loss, fatigued, fever , change in skin appearance and mny time unusual bleeding and pain. Indiagation or difficulty in swallowing or change in bowel habbits. Diet does not cure cancer but a healthy diet and proper nutrition is important to minimize the symptoms and improve life. Nephrolithiasis is more commenly seen in men than in women & generally occure in people between the ages of 20-50 .Risk factors are perticularly obesity, dehydration, a diet rich with high salt and sugar and generally exess use of medicine like calcium based antacids. Diet rich in animal proteins like fish & meat increases acidic level and leads to kidney stone. These stones are generally hard deposits of acid salts & minerals , can be painful while passing through the urinary tract and is characterized by severe pain in abdomin with nausea. A diet rich in fluids and high in fat & low in protein and carbohydrates is preferred. Increasing fluid intake could help to prevent the formation of stones. The risk of developing heart diseases like hypertension, atherosclerosis, myocardial infraction start at the age of 45 for men and 55 for women, they are characterized by symptoms like unconscious, cheast pain and nausea.
