Diet for blotting syndrome

In our modern life style many people suffer from abdominal pain,gas and IBS ( Irritable bowel syndrome) because of their disturbed life style and eating pattern. when one's belly feels swollen after eating it is known as blotting syndrome, and is characterized by sweating , uneasiness. it may be due to water retention many times.



             Blotting can be controlled by proper diet, exercise , abdominal massage, &yoga. A balanced diet which is gluten free, easily diagestable proteins , vegetables & fruits  included.

            Consume fruits  like lemon 🍋, pineapple 🍍, Banana 🍌 and  🍎,grapes 🍇, watermelon 🍉 . Prepare natural detox drinks by socking fruits in water. Take 1 litre water & half Cup pineapple slices or 2_3 lemon slices  keep for 2_3 hrs ,and use this detox drink in the morning empty stomach. Include ginger ,mint ( pudina), yogurt, almonds fennel & tulsi in daily meals. 

         Include foods like carrot, tomato ,okra,rice and sock beans before eating it will helps to reduce gas formation. Take ginger tea or mint tea in the morning. Include more potassium rich foods like spinach and Banana.

              Avoid whole wheat ,beans, broccoli, onion, garlic, potato and dairy products.Eat slowly, Do regular pranayama and meditation ,walk after meals . Eat a banana before meal it will helps to prevent abdominal pain and gas. Fiber rich diet is better for increasing the metabolism. 35gm fibre is required for men and 25 gm for women.  Deep breathing also effective.

             Physical activity such as long walk,a brisk jog and  cardio will help to expel the gas that causes pain and helps to improve diagetion.specially cardio will help to reduce blot.
